Veterinary Client Service Supervisor

VCA Laguna Niguel Animal Hospital is looking for a qualified, outgoing, organized, and experienced Veterinary Client Service Supervisor to extend unparalleled customer service to our clients and to support our medical and client service teams. This position is full-time (30-40 hours per week), and Saturdays may be required.
The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience, organizational skills, and exceptional customer service skills and will be able to lead VCA initiatives and supervise a small team. Duties include:
+ Opening/Closing Hospital
+ Managing reports
+ Managing incoming and outgoing calls
+ Appointment Scheduling
+ Triage
+ Managing client communications
+ Managing medical records
+ Maintaining the facility
+ Staff Scheduling (CSR Team)
+ Training and Supervising CSRs
+ Handling Wellness Plans
+ Interfacing with Clients
+ Conflict diffusion/resolution
+ Assist Medical Team as needed
+ Veterinary Diet Inventory and Ordering
Compensation: This is a full-time, hourly position. Hourly wage ranges from $23.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience.
