Willows Veterinary Hospital and Referral Service are recruiting for a professional Client Care Associate to join their team. This is a permanent full-time position working 30h per week.

Your role and responsibilities 

Welcoming all clients and visitors to the hospitalAnswering telephones and diverting or taking messages ensuring prompt delivery and accurate details.Monitoring practice email and directing enquiries to the relevant departmentAccurately inputting patient data to the computer system as requiredDealing with all general enquiries, explaining procedures in place and making new and follow up appointments.Ensuring that waiting areas, reception and patient toilets are kept clean, tidy and stocked up.Office administration duties to include scanning and filing
