Key Responsibilities

Assist with patient flow and daily care procedures

Set up and support medical procedures within your scope

Maintain clean and organized exam rooms, labs, and treatment areas

Support client education on preventive care and Optimum Wellness Plans®

Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and pet owners

Mentor and support fellow hospital team members

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

NAVTA-approved Veterinary Assistant program certificate (preferred)

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Must demonstrate core NAVTA-level technical competencies

The pay range for this role is

$16.79 - $21.46 Hourly

The pay range listed reflects a general hiring range for the area, with the specific rate determined based on the candidate’s experience, skill level, and education, and may vary depending on location or applicable minimum wage laws.
