Each of our 18 different school sites is a “School of Choice” with individual focuses such as health and fitness, drama and the arts, technology, music and science just to mention a few. This innovative, affordable, and supportive pathway prepares aspiring educators for a full-time teaching career in our community. In just one year, residents will: Earn a Master’s Degree in Education and a California Teaching Credential Gain hands-on classroom experience with a dedicated VESD mentor teacher Join a supportive cohort grounded in equity and social justice Access financial aid, a living stipend, and scholarship opportunities Receive priority hiring for teaching positions in Victor Elementary School District upon graduation The application is free and short, and the priority deadline is October 10, 2025.
