**How you will contribute**
+ Become familiar with the project and collect preliminary information to begin developing the start-up plan.
+ Team Charter developed and team communication in place.
+ Identify start-up implementation strategy, obtain approval and begin to develop startup plans.
+ Provide direction, consistency and focus.
+ Provide training and coaching on start-up processes.
+ Build capability within the team on Global Standard CQV template and content.
+ Define the project’s criteria and start-up glide path and obtain approval from management.
+ Attend Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for key equipment.
**Ensure, that:**
+ operation assessment is developed and implemented.
+ a process for change management and reapplication of learnings is developed and used.
+ issue identification & resolution process is developed and used.
+ success Criteria are agreed (PQCDSM & VSU).
+ pre-Commissioning Plan is developed.
+ CTPs/CTQs are identified and agreed within the team.
+ duration of runs and products with all perquisites are defined.
+ activity Mapping Matrix is built for Commissioning, Pre-Commissioning and Qualification.
+ duration of runs and products with all perquisites are defined.
+ Site Specific Risks are evaluated and actions initiated.
+ Equipment & Quality FMEA and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) are attended.
+ TT&T Plan is developed and following Global Standards.
+ Start-Up Planning and Implementation Schedules are developed.
+ Resource Allocation Plan is developed.
+ Planning and Implementation Measures and Results reporting is developed and used.
+ project team is aligned on how vertical start-up will be measured.
+ a budget is developed and approved.
**What you will bring**
+ Is fluent both in local business language of the plant and in English.
+ Clearly understands the Commercial Business he or she will support.
+ Has had leadership experience in a manufacturing site, preferred in Operations (i.e. team lead, section lead, manufacturing lead roles).
+ Qualified on the I2M / IIM Process Has experience leading and directing others.
+ Understands and is trained on some key pillars as IIM, AM, and PM.

The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
