You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You will follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz standards are adhered to.
**How you will contribute**
Project Leadership & Management:
+ Effective management of a cross-functional project team, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and effective communication.
+ Comprehensive project reporting, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and resource allocation.
New Machine Commissioning & Implementation:
+ Lead the process of introducing, commissioning, qualifying, and verifying (CQV) new machines and equipment in the factory, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and regulations.
+ Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of all implementation activities, from initial design to final handover.
+ Risk Management:
+ Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential issues and minimize disruptions.
Continuous Improvement & Optimization:
+ Actively participate in the continuous improvement of production processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
+ Conduct technological tests to evaluate new equipment, processes, and materials.
Cost Reduction & Innovation:
+ Identify and implement new technical and organizational solutions aimed at reducing costs and improving productivity.
+ Champion innovation and explore new technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
+ CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, & Verification):
+ Develop and execute CQV plans for new equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
+ Manage the documentation and record-keeping associated with CQV activities.
+ Lead the resolution of any issues identified during the CQV process.

Must have:
+ Higher education (technical degree in Engineering or related field).
+ Proven experience in a similar project leadership role within a production environment.
+ Demonstrated experience with CQV processes.
+ Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
+ Knowledge of spoken and written English at the level of min. B2.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
+ Ability to manage projects during periods of change and under time pressure.
+ Self-discipline, ability to prioritize tasks, and strong organizational skills.
+ Independence, flexibility, and multitasking abilities.
