Join us in this multifaceted role to define and implement the strategy for Siemens Smart Infrastructure in the GB&I data center market, working with industry leaders and innovative technologies. This strategic position offers a flawless blend of business development, technical expertise, and leadership opportunities. 
You will be joining a long established, dynamic, industry-leading, global team of professionals in a pivotal role.  The UK and Ireland is the largest Data Centre region in Europe and is playing a leading role in the European DC Industry.  This is driven by huge investments, strategic location advantages and a strong digital economy.
The UK DC sector contributes some £4.7bn in annual Gross Value (GVA) and supports almost 50,000 jobs.  AWS alone has recently committed £8bn, to generate £14bn in GDP, supporting 14,000 UK jobs.  The UK Government has designated DCs as Critical National Infrastructure (CNI); Attracting Hyperscalers from the US; Cloud and AI giants such as AWS, Google, and Microsoft to invest as part of their long-term strategy. In addition to co-location capacity in Europe expecting to hit 855 Mega Watt (MW) of available power in 2025, seeing over 20% YoY increase, with London and the UK a vital hub.
LocationThis is a location independent role. You will be required to travel to customer sites at least x2 days per week in the UK and occasionally Ireland.
