Aufgaben:Auswahl optimaler Dienstleister sowie Vergabe von Fracht- und TransportaufträgenInternationale Auftragsabwicklung, einschließlich Erstellung aller erforderlichen Versand-, Exportpapiere und BescheinigungenDisposition des benötigten Laderaums im Land-, See- und LuftverkehrTransportplanung und kundenseitige Terminabsprachen, insbesondere im Bau- und ProjektgeschäftDurchführung und Betreuung von Zoll- und ExportkontrollprozessenErstellung von IntrastatmeldungenBewilligungsmanagement, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit AEO-StatusVorbereitung und Durchführung von TransportausschreibungenSchadensbearbeitung und -abwicklung im Transportwesen

Anforderungen:Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau/-mann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Speditionskauffrau/-mann oder eine vergleichbare QualifikationBerufserfahrung im Versand-/LogistikbereichSehr gute Kenntnisse in der Auftrags-, Transport- und SchadensabwicklungAktuelles Zollwissen oder Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen WeiterbildungErfahrung im Umgang mit Exportkontrolle und zollrelevanten DokumentenIdealerweise Kenntnisse der Anforderungen eines AEO-zertifizierten UnternehmensGute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von VorteilSAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswertSelbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
