Verification Specialist
Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Verification Specialist to support our admissions and verification processes in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a focused, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough verification of applicant information to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. • Assist with the admissions process by reviewing applications and supporting documentation. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the organization's CRM system. • Handle inbound calls and provide clear, precise communication to applicants and team members. • Coordinate and manage calendars to schedule meetings and ensure timely follow-ups. • Utilize tools such as Cisco Webex and Concur to facilitate virtual meetings and manage administrative tasks. • Support budgeting processes by tracking relevant data and preparing reports as needed. • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and address any process-related issues. • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times. • Provide additional administrative support as required by the supervisor. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within admissions or verification processes. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software tools such as Banner Ads, Concur, and Cisco Webex. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Familiarity with budget tracking and financial processes is a plus. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
