The Venue Production Manager leads a team of production professionals who deliver events for the AMER Event Productions team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside company’s leadership, directing high-impact planning and production team operations. Key job responsibilities
• Accountable for daily operations of event venues in multiple locations in AMER while onsite at HQ2 in Arlington, Virginia
• Evangelizes team standard operating procedures
• Leads new hire onboarding and development plans
• Manages, schedules, and develops event productions teams
• Reviews and manages team related data and metrics
• Acts as an escalation point for direct reports and customers
• Develops and improves communication across teams and services
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with partner groups and stakeholders
• Supports internal cost recovery model
• Works on team related programmatic initiatives
