What You’ll Do
Lead the daily operation of the Pool Club with strong floor presenceCreate an energetic, seamless and elevated guest experienceInspire, coach and develop a dynamic front-of-house teamDrive service standards across poolside dining, beverage service and VIP experiencesManage labour, stock, compliance and venue performanceCollaborate with culinary and bar teams on activations, programming and seasonal experiencesMaintain the look, feel and rhythm of the venue throughout the daySupport revenue growth while protecting the guest experience and team cultureANdAZ Gold Coast
