Join a dynamic team as a Vendor Performance Clerk, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational excellence of a leading player in the LNG industry. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your data analytics and administrative skills while contributing to a high-impact project in Nanterre, France.
Responsibilities Assist with general office tasks, including mailing, drafting/formatting letters, and preparing presentations. Support timesheet recording and monitoring of manhours and budget tracking. Facilitate newcomer requests and access requirements to project databases. Assist in KPI monitoring and updates for reporting to the project and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with VPM Coordinators, VP Managers, and Deputy to support various VPM activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience Data Analytics: Proficient in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel. Administration: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Independence: Capable of working autonomously and managing multiple priorities. The next step
