**Summary:** The Scaled Partnerships Vendor Operations Manager will work with our team of outsourced Media Experts around the globe to ensure they are effectively deployed to deliver value to creators and AI enthusiasts, helping them grow and achieve their potential. The Vendor Operations Manager will improve our operational and project management infrastructure to support the successful deployment of Scaled Partnerships’ third party vendors. **Required Skills:** Vendor Operations Manager, Scaled Partnerships Responsibilities: 1. Workforce operations: resource allocation planning, forecasting and deployment, timelines and workflows, oversight of vendor and Outsourced Partner Management R&Rs 2. Operations optimization: drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning to enhance vendor performance and service delivery 3. report regularly on vendor results 4. Operations planning and monitoring: support capacity planning, maintenance and monitoring, coordinate participation in business review calls, as well as vendor reporting 5. Management of vendor resources and budgets: supervise vendor OpEx spend and footprint optimization, aggregating regional forecasts and actuals, providing quarterly forecasts to finance and leadership and coordinating PO accruals process 6. Governance and compliance: ensure compliance with contractual agreements and manage governance processes related to vendor operations **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 7. Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or Finance 8. 10+ Years of experience in vendor management, operations management, project/program management, or partner management 9. Problem-solving and analytical skills, proficient at analyzing complex problems, identifying root causes, developing effective solutions 10. Proven communication skills and demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders 11. Leadership and management skills to coordinate vendor teams, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives 12. Experience in technology company or startup, particularly managing partners or vendor teams 13. Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 14. Proven Consulting Experience: Demonstrated success in consulting roles, preferably with exposure to tooling, tech and operational improvement projects 15.
