Vendor Manager (Remote position)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vendor Manager to join our Center of Excellence (COE). The Vendor Manager is responsible for managing vendor relationships and performance in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services, including GMR, Lighting and Signage and General Repair & Maintenance. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, managing contracts and KPIs, and implementing processes to ensure smooth service delivery that meets both JLL and client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage 3rd party vendors to drive high-level service output by reviewing and analyzing KPIs and SLAs defined in the scope of work (SOW)Follow Vendor Management COE guidelines and properly track all documentation between the company and vendorsAdoption and daily work management in our workorder technology system (Corrigo) and CMMSResolve vendor escalations quickly and efficiently, implementing action plans where necessary to improve performanceCollaborate with FM, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain and Procurement and other Center of Excellence teams to support platform, region, account, and client goalsContribute to the development and implementation of new tools to enhance service deliveryActively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process re-engineeringUnderstand operations for all IFM Vendors under VM COE managementEnsure proper reporting tools are in place to effectively manage vendor performanceLeverage data from various systems to develop scorecards integrating reports from surveys, operations data, and other data sourcesMonitor vendor contract terms and conditions adherence, as well as invoice complianceContribute to vendor performance assessments via Scorecards, Business Intelligence, QBRs, and Performance Improvement Action PlansExecute day-to-day routines with excellence and prioritize delivering a positive customer experienceManage special projects as requested

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)2+ years of experience in vendor managementExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, ExcelAbility to work independentlyStrong interpersonal skillsComputer proficiency in CMMSKnowledge of service contracts and compliance issues in a financial services environment is preferredExperience developing scope of work (SOW), KPI, and SLA documents is preferredExperience balancing competing priorities including client satisfaction, regulatory requirements, and business process enhancements

Estimated total compensation for this position:

92,000.00 – 105,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
