What You'll Do

A Vendor Coordinator is responsible for signing rental agreements, providing rental vendors with reports as needed and managing all paperwork associated with rental equipment.  The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate independently, track and meet deadlines and keep several databases up to date are key aspects of this job.  This role will be reporting directly to the Fleet Data Manager. 

 

Responsibilities

Coordinate rental reservations and schedulesMaintain accurate records of all rental transactionsCommunicate with customers to provide information and resolve issuesInspect rental equipment and ensure it is in good working conditionPrepare rental agreements and collect necessary documentationMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededHandle billing and invoicing for rental servicesCollaborate with other departments to improve rental processes
