Vendor Compliance Coordinator
Insight Global
Job Description
The Vendor Compliance Coordinator will support a new Vendor Compliance program, which audits every inbound load for location and temperature integrity. This role acts as the central point for supplier communications and program updates, managing a shared mailbox, consolidating RFIs, resolving access and documentation issues, and escalating inquiries to the appropriate teams. Responsibilities include explaining chargeback processes (e.g., broken or incorrect pallets requiring restacks), assisting with claims approval and denial, tracking credit reversals and vendor exemptions, and ensuring accurate reconciliation between portal records and contractual terms. The Coordinator also partners on system enhancements, ensures evidence of non‑conformance is captured, and drives continuous improvement to reduce restacks, dock‑door delays, and charge disputes.
