At Cleveland Clinic, innovative educational efforts are a cornerstone of our mission. As Program Manager II, you will work on projects to bring in and retain caregivers on our teams. This position is a rewarding opportunity, offering growth-oriented projects, mentorship, support and numerous development resources. You gain extensive exposure across the institute and departments, helping facilitate the start of an exciting path in Administration and Program Management. This individual will manage VeloSano funding and work closely with philanthropy.
This is a hybrid role. A caregiver in this position works 8:30am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. Allocate time to meet completion requirements. Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR Master’s Degree and two years of experienceCertifications may be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting Background in research and grant administrationExperience working with Foundation highly idealPreferred Qualifications:
Tech SavvyOracle ( entering orders and running reports)Research BackgroundGrant administration experiencePersonal Protective Equipment:
