The Vehicle Title Coordinator will primarily be responsible for maintaining the vehicle title inventory including title audits, managing the inbound and outbound title mail, resolving missing title issues and serving as a primary contact for internal parties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has excellent customer service skills and is extremely organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
This is a full time position that works 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday and offers a flexible schedule. This role reports to our Fleet Operations center located at 2281 Ball Dr. St. Louis, MO 63146.
The pay range for this position is $19.71 to $21.63 per hour. Pay within the range will be determined based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, time in position, and business or organizational needs.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Manage and maintain vehicle title inventory for the centralized title management processPerform regular title audits to ensure defined standards are metResolve missing titles and issues surrounding missing/incorrect titles by working with state DMV's, selling dealers, and other partiesManage activity in the Title Team's e-mail box and act as a primary contact for internal personnel on title management questions and issuesComplete title assignments, including transactions through a dealerManage inbound and outbound License and Title mail and shippingAssist with special projects and reporting as neededKneeling and bending while performing daily filing responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications include:
Must be 18 years of age or olderMust live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area or the surrounding MO/IL counties Must have a Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years in vendor support experience researching and resolving issues OR a H.S. Diploma/GED with 3-4 years in vendor support experience researching and resolving issuesBasic skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Certified notary preferred Willing to apply for and obtain a Notary Public Commission for the State of MissouriMust be able to handle and lift objects up to 20 poundsMust be willing to accept $19.71-$21.63 per hourMust have the ability to work in-office Monday-Friday at our Fleet Operations CenterMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
