Vertu Vauxhall Newcastle are recruiting! We have some great opportunities for Vehicle Technicians of any level to join our team!

We’re offering an excellent basic salary, depending upon skills and experience.  We’re also offering a £2000 sign-on bonus. You’ll receive £1000 when you join us and an additional £1000 in month 13 of your employment.

You will be required to work 42 hours per week, and we offer a range of flexible working patterns. Also our Service department is closed on a Saturday so NO SATURDAY WORKING. Get in touch with us and we can agree a working pattern that suits you!

Our dealership has recently undergone a refurbishment and all of our workshop equipment and ramps are new. We have a proven track record for developing team members who wish to progress their career with Vauxhall, in addition to internal development plans.

As a Vehicle Technician you will be a key member of our team, maintaining, servicing and repairing vehicles for our valued customers.  Whether you have experience from an independent garage, or franchised dealer, we would love to hear from you.

The salaries we offer are dependent upon skills, experience and accreditation, however you can expect the below:

Prep Technician – up to £36,440 MOT Tester – up to £36,440 Service and Maintenance Technicians - up to £37,700 Service and Diagnostic Technicians - up to £40,220

Additional Skills and Qualifications such as Mot Licence or EV Qualification would further increase the packages above.  We also offer an attractive Bonus Scheme to further enhance your earning potential.

Own Set of Tools Full UK Driving Licence
