We’re seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Reconditioning Manager to lead our used vehicle reconditioning process. This role ensures all pre-owned vehicles meet quality standards and are front-line ready in a timely manner. You’ll collaborate with our Service and Parts departments to support operational goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

ResponsibilitiesVerify all applicable vehicle information, i.e. vehicle inspection sheet, correct equipment, etc.Take vehicle to the Service department for Smog, Safety, and Detail.Inspect repair orders daily for legibility, accuracy and legality.  Vehicle cycle time should be 72 hours or less.Monitor and maintain front line inventory condition.Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner.Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed.Inspect and maintain the cleanliness, organization and appearance of all service areas in accordance with state and federal OSHA laws.
