In this position... 

Lead engineering for core automotive manufacturing processes including structures and assembly through the industrialization of Ford’s next generation electric vehicles. This critical role involves managing personnel, budgets, and timelines for all vehicle operations, and ensuring all manufacturing processes adhere to Ford's stringent safety, quality, and regulatory standards, particularly those unique to electric vehicles. A key focus will be driving innovation, Lean, and continuous improvement in manufacturing techniques for advanced EV body architectures and optimizing the integration of components and complex EV systems during final assembly.
