Vehicle Distribution Manager – Atlantic
Job Description

Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on a full-time basis.

(3x per week on site Tuesday to Thursday)

Role:

Responsible for ensuring that the dealership network has the ideal product availability to meet the company’s commercial objectives for 4 markets, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. This is a highly relevant position that connects production, dealership network, field teams (regional offices), internal departments (Logistics, Quality, Finance, DSM, and IT), ensuring that every short-term decision aligns with sustainable long-term growth.

The role requires a professional who combines analytical vision, team leadership, conflict management, and results-oriented focus, along with strong adaptability to changing scenarios. The mission is to maximize revenue, optimize processes, and strengthen synergy across departments, playing a key role in the company’s commercial and operational performance.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Strategic management of vehicle allocation across sales channels (Retail and Fleet), dealership network, considering specific criteria for each country, region, and market reality.Wholesale planning, balancing the product mix across sales channels and regions, aiming to optimize plant inventory and ensure alignment with financial targets.Partnership with logistics for quarter-end closing, ensuring maximum efficiency in daily sales (invoicing) curve with a focus on financial revenue recognition.Vehicle availability in the network, ensuring adequate coverage to meet commercial goals.Daily monitoring of production by plant, model, and sales channel, ensuring adherence to planning.Management of retained units, coordinating with quality, logistics, and engineering for quick sales release.Support to internal departments (corporate fleet, marketing, etc.), ensuring proper allocation of units.Control and monitoring of dealership credit line availability, with daily tracking of limits, active participation in credit evaluations, and support in strategic meetings and discussions with Field Team and GM Financial.Plant stock administration and reallocation across channels, maximizing billing and reducing aging.Dealer Network stock analysis, considering registered and unregistered vehicles, previous year models, aging, and days of supply.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.Advanced English (Mandatory).Spanish (Desirable).Solid experience in dealership networks, sales, and distribution processes.Experience in team management, processes, and/or strategic functions.
