Support autonomous vehicle prototype builds
Manage and support facilitation of meetings designed for issue management and resolution
Identify and create containment action plans for issue resolution
Track build and delivery performance metrics through all phases of build to identify inhibitors
Track delivery performance and present to all levels of management
Flash and configure prototype build units
Diagnose calibration issues and report back to team
Support powertrain software, hardware, and wiring
Diagnose plant controllable errors and ensure issue containment
Support timely delivery of build units to handoff to test customer
Respond to all "stop builds" and ensure issue resolution in a timely manner
Report powertrain health statuses to all levels of management

- Ensure alignment of program and test planning
- Ensure Garage Coordinators and Part Managers understand timing and roles
- Ensure Garage Coordinators and Part Managers are on track
- Report out at various Management reviews
- Ensure that Pedigree Managers understand timing, roles, and have the tools that they need in order to be successful
- Manage Roush build sites to deliver vehicles on time with high quality
-Act as Pedigree Manager, Parts Ordering Specialist, & Garage Coordinator as needed based on back up or workload distribution constraints
- Ensure alignment of update locations and planning, identify I resolve constraints

*Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Automotive Test Engineering experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good collaboration skills, able to work with multiple people and manage a variety of projects simultaneously
- Excellent English skills (Oral, reading, writing and listening)
-Ability to communicate and interact well with others
- Expert user of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Project) and ability to work with Macros
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Exceptional leadership skills and proven record
-Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Knowledge of Ford systems such as Plant Floor Scheduler, Fit for Test database, WORQ system, & RPS I GPIRS

Lifting - less than 50 lbs- 25%
Special clothing/equipment - PPE (safety glasses, slip resistant hardened toe shoes, hearing protection in designated areas) - 100%
Sitting (75%), Standing (50%), Bending (25%), stooping (25%)
Exposure to high noise areas possible in test facility- 25%
Work Environment
Inside, office environment, test lab - 100% Exposure to test equipment- 25%
May require occasional local travel- 25%
Equipment and Machines
Computers, fax machines, copiers, telephones - 100% Occasional use of hand tools - 25%
Attendance
Monday through Friday 7\:00 a.m.to 4\:00 p.m. with possible weekend and after-hour support as needed
Day shift
Attendance and punctuality are critical - 100%
Work hours are normally 8 hours per day and 5 days per week, Monday-Friday. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary. Must have flexibility of work days to cover weekend testing requirements.
Other Essential Functions
Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, health performance evaluation, and background check.
Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to self or others. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Dependable personal transportation to work site is required.
