Your experience in document management systems and user support is exactly what we are looking for! We are searching for a new team member to support the implementation and administration of our future Veeva RIM Vault.
**Your new role**
Veeva RIM will go live in Q4 2026, and you will be part of the journey in shaping and developing the system. You will be part of the implementation team, supporting the configuration while developing the new processes together with experienced colleagues. Guiding and training end users, acting as support after go-live and being an integral part of the Veeva RIM team at Lundbeck, as we together expand the system and improve the processes further.
**Your future team**
The Veeva RIM team consists of 4 colleagues and several student assistants.The Veeva RIM team is responsible for the management of data and daily support of end users, to ensure accuracy and quality of regulatory data and documents within the system. The team plays a pivotal role in ensuring global operational compliance within Regulatory Affairs. The team is situated within the Regulatory Data and Submission Management department. We offer a flexible working environment, and the job requires on-site presence 3-4 days a week.

The position is based in Valby, Copenhagen and the preferred start date is January 5th, 2026.
**What you bring to the team**
Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications:
+ Experience in working with IT systems and databases, preferably Veeva, EDMS and/or RIMS
+ Flair for user support
+ Analytical, goal oriented and a strong finisher
+ Service minded, structured and detail-oriented
+ Fluent in English
