VDC/BIM Coordinator + Provide detailing and design support for VDC/BIM models of HVAC systems. + Coordinate across MEP contractors and departments to develop effective and practical designs for building purposes. + Review and redline drawings and make revisions based on building specifications. + Work with engineers and the VDC team to effectively coordinate drawings and plans to the fabrication shop. + Assist in field measurements. + Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for design and coordination. Skills & Qualifications + Associates degree or equivalent on-the-job training in design. + Any experience in VDC/BIM coordination + 0-3 years of relevant experience. + Experience in fabrication design and mechanical engineering is a plus Work Environment This role involves computer design work at a desk with some fieldwork for measurements. The position offers support and training for entry-level candidates, working on interesting projects such as hospitals, natural history museums, and historical buildings.
