**Description**
**PeaceHealth is seeking a Vascular Technologist - Vascular Surgery for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $47.34 – $71.00. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.**
**DETAILS OF THE POSITION:**
+ Performs diagnostic Non-invasive vascular studies on the patient is a safe and professional manner.
+ Provides preliminary analysis and report to the physician.
+ Maintains daily log of patients seen and completes appropriate paperwork/exam billing forms and logs charges.
+ Maintains ultrasound equipment, work areas, and makes sure there are adequate supplies.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**WHAT YOU BRING:**
+ Associate of Science Required: Vascular Technology or
+ Associate of Science Required: Sonography or
+ Bachelor of Science required.
+ 2 years Preferred: Clinical experience in a Vascular Lab in similar position.
+ Required: National Vascular Tech Registration through ARDMS or
+ Required: Registered Vascular Specialist through CCI.
+ Required Upon Hire: Basic Life Support.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply age specific principles of growth and development and life stages to meet each patient’s needs. (Required)
+ Ability to analyze complex information (Required)
+ Independent and critical thinking skills (Required)
+ Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications (Required)
+ Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision (Required)
+ OR Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) licensure required at time of hire and maintained throughout employment based on OBMI standards.
