What We’re Looking For:We’re searching for a seasoned sales manager who has:
A verifiable track record of building and managing top-performing sales teams.
Proven success in automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) and structuring profitable deals.
Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
A strategic mindset with a willingness to think outside the box to increase sales volume and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and coach the sales team to exceed monthly and annual performance targets.
Structure vehicle deals to optimize profit and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with lenders to secure competitive financing for customers.
Oversee the finalization of all purchase and lease transactions with precision and compliance.
Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to identify new growth opportunities.
Inspire a team-driven atmosphere focused on accountability, productivity, and exceptional customer service.
Continuously analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to improve results.
Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of automotive management experience, preferably in a highline or luxury brand.
Strong understanding of F&I processes and compliance standards.
Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and developing high-performing sales professionals.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Professional presence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.
