**What will you do?**
A day in the life of a **Sr. Manager, Transformation Operations** at Vans looks a little like this.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, helps lead the development of Vans’ long-term growth strategy by monitoring the execution of the brand’s annual operating plan. Responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive the evolution and growth of the brand. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation of transformation projects.

· _Partner with brand leadership to activate brand strategies, including annual planning (V2MOM), by monitoring and tracking the execution of actions against established timelines_
· _Builds the brand’s transformation roadmap, while project managing the milestones along the way_
· _Establishes and integrates an operational calendar flow, looking at key moments across both Vans and our parent company, VF._
· _Manage global brand reporting to VF leadership, focusing on and tracking the execution of cross-functional reporting_
· _Lead, track, and support strategic cross-functional initiatives designed to drive sales growth, margin improvement or expense reduction that support the delivery of brand and business goals._
· _Track and support strategic and financial-based projects initiated by senior management focused on issues impacting the business now and in the future. Research complex issues and create solutions to drive company performance._
**What do you need to succeed?**
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 8-10 years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
· _High degree of communications skills and ability to influence senior leaders, inclusive of the global brand President_
· _Ability to navigate ambiguous direction, and keep highly sensitive information confidential_
· _Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA strongly preferred_
· _Demonstrated ability to develop and drive strategy and brand direction in a global context_
· _Excellent interpersonal and communication skills_
· _Highly driven, analytical and results oriented_
· _Ability to interact and influence senior executives and business partners_
· _Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint_
· _Strategic planning, financial acumen, market analysis & leadership_
· _E-Commerce & Omni Strategy – understanding of DTC, digital marketplace, and seamless online/offline customer experience_
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.
+ _Experience in Global Retail and familiarity of performance/lifestyle culture_
+ _Global Market Expansion – experience in international retail growth strategies, especially in emerging markets_
+ _Data Science & AI – familiarity with AI-driven consumer insights, predictive analytics, or machine learning_
+ _Supply Chain Optimization – knowledge of logistics, sustainability, or inventory forecasting_
+ _Product Development & Merchandising Insights – good grasp of product curation, collaborations, or licensing_
+ _Crisis Management & Adaptability – experience navigating economic downturns, brand repositioning_
+ _Entrepreneurial Mindset – background in startups, scaling brands, or intrapreneurship within a corporation_

**Hiring Range** **:**
$132,192.00 USD - $165,240.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
