Vans: Manager, Wholesale Marketing

As a key member of the Wholesale Marketing team, this role is responsible for developing and executing account-specific marketing programs across strategic lifestyle accounts and Amazon. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product priorities are aligned with marketing initiatives throughout the go-to-market process. How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

Utilize Wholesale Marketing as a strategic extension of brand initiatives to support consumer acquisition, deepen engagement, and drive sell-through across key accounts.

You will help translate regional brand strategies into account-specific marketing plans that resonate with target consumers and contribute to business growth across all channels, including Canada.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, and Brand Management teams throughout seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) milestones.

Assist in managing account-specific budgets to support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing strategies.

How you will do it:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Wholesale accounts and internal teams across functions.

Execute marketing plans with a consumer-first mindset, staying informed on cultural trends, market dynamics, and account-specific consumer profiles, while respecting budget parameters.

Bring creative thinking and proactive problem-solving to a fast-paced and evolving marketplace.

What success looks like:

Wholesale marketing initiatives are effectively leveraged to support regional brand strategy, resulting in increased consumer acquisition and improved sell-through across key accounts.

Marketing plans are executed with precision, staying within budget while remaining culturally relevant and consumer-first.

Trusted relationships are established with Wholesale accounts, leading to increased visibility and impact of Vans marketing initiatives in the marketplace.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5years

Educational Position Requirements:

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

What we expect you already know: 

Ability to work in an open environment with cross-functional partners

Comprehensive understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels, inclusive of influencer, social media, paid media, in-store and experiential.

Self-motivated and have a burning curiosity to innovate, learn and grow.

Strong communicator who is comfortable presenting regularly.

Must be a detail-oriented team player.  Your ability to project-manage, act tactically and problem solve are essential to this role.

What we will teach you:

Learn how to translate broader consumer first brand strategies into actionable Wholesale marketing plans that drive consumer acquisition, engagement, and sell-through.

Get introduced to key Wholesale account partners and learn how to tailor marketing plans to meet their unique needs and consumer targets.

Learn how to navigate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Sales, and Brand Marketing to support seasonal GTM milestones.

Understand the fundamentals of account-specific budget management and how to measure and analyze marketing performance to inform future strategies.

Hiring Range:

$95,040.00 USD - $118,800.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
