Van Sales Representative - Beverages

Antal has been retained by a leading multinational beverage company to hire 20 Van Sales Representatives across Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates.

We are seeking candidates from the beverage industry with proven experience in handling energy drink sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sell and distribute the product range to retail outlets across an assigned route, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales and distribution targets. Promote products to new and existing customers through in-person visits, upselling, and new product introductions. Monitor stock levels, ensure product freshness, and rotate inventory at customer locations to maintain availability and reduce wastage. Take and confirm orders, prepare invoices or sales slips, and collect payments in accordance with company policy. Ensure customers receive the right products in the right quantities and follow up on any delivery issues with the back-office or warehouse team. Support the onboarding of new customers and gather customer feedback to help improve service and product offerings Ensure products are properly displayed at each outlet in line with company visibility standards. Deploy and maintain in-store assets including coolers, displays, and POS materials, report damage, misuse, or loss of company property. Capture photos and share reports of visibility performance as per company reporting cycles. Educate store personnel on new products, promotions, and brand updates as needed. Operate the assigned sales van safely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products to all outlets on the route. Conduct basic vehicle checks and routine maintenance such as oil, fuel, tire pressure, and cleanliness (interior and exterior). Ensure van stock is reconciled daily, returns are documented, and cash collections are accounted for and deposited in accordance with company policies. Maintain accurate sales and delivery records using manual or digital systems as per SOP .   JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3+ year Experience in sales within the FMCG, beverage, or food & beverage sectors in the UAE. Strong knowledge of the UAE Traditional Trade channel, including retail stores, independent groceries, mini-marts, and convenience outlets Proven track record in achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and in-field execution. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage time and priorities effectively, and maintain accountability for route performance. Familiarity with basic sales reporting tools and inventory processes. Valid UAE manual driving license is required.   LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS English language proficiency is required; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Hindi,Urdu) is an advantage.
