Part-Time Van Driver – First Student (Richmond, VA)

Looking for a rewarding part-time job with a purpose? First Student is hiring Van Drivers in Richmond, VA to safely transport students to and from school.

What We Offer:

$17.50 per hour starting pay

Guaranteed 6 hours per day (split AM/PM schedule)

Paid training provided

Part-time schedule that follows the school calendar

No nights, weekends, or holidays required

What You’ll Do:

Safely transport students to and from school and activities

Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

Ensure student safety while boarding, riding, and exiting the van

Maintain positive, professional communication with students, families, and staff

What You’ll Need:

Must be at least 21 years old

Valid standard driver’s license (No CDL required)

Minimum of 3 years licensed driving experience

Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

A commitment to safety and reliability
