Valuer Support Coordinator- New Zealand

Valuations and Risk Advisory

To enhance Valuer efficiency and report quality by providing specialized administrative support in the preparation and drafting of valuation reports. This role involves managing report workflows, conducting research, and ensuring accurate documentation to enable Valuers to deliver high-quality reports within required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

Report Preparation & Documentation

• Assist Valuers in drafting valuation reports by preparing preliminary documentation, formatting templates, and organizing content structure

• Ensure all report components adhere to JLL Valuation and Advisory standards and regulatory requirements

• Check and ensure that supporting documentation, including maps, plans, and title searches, is available.

• Liaise with onshore admin staff or valuer to obtain additional information required for report completion

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Review report drafts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with JLL standards before final Valuer review

• Verify data consistency across all report sections and cross-reference supporting documentation

• Ensure reports meet the quality, timeliness, and valuer requirements

• Identify and escalate any compliance issues or data gaps to valuers promptly

Workflow Management & Communication

• Coordinate with VAMs and Valuers to prioritize report assignments and manage competing deadlines effectively

• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and manage client notifications regarding report status

• Provide administrative support to streamline the entire report preparation process and maximize Valuer productivity

Essential Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Demonstrate strong written communication abilities with attention to detail in report formatting and content organization

• Maintain exceptional accuracy in report writing

Professional Capabilities

• Manage multiple report assignments simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards

• Adapt to changing priorities and urgent report requests while maintaining professional composure

• Collaborate effectively with Valuers to understand specific report requirements and deliver appropriate administrative support that enhances overall report quality and turnaround times.

Ability to respond to urgent requests in a calm and professional manner.

Ability to work with Team Leader to improve efficiency of individual and team work processes and approaches.
