Our integrated "Custom-made" professional advisory services are rooted in a profound understanding of those factors which contribute to determining the market value of real estate assets.Our services are aimed at a wide variety of clients including Institutional Property Investors (Real Estate Funds, Property Companies and Corporate Organizations), Private Individuals, Freeholders and Owner-occupiers, Property Developers & Promoters, Banks and Insurance Companies, Public Institutions, including Institutions and Companies for whom Real Estate is not a core business.Property typesLand plots; Development projects (under-planning or ongoing); Existing Buildings and/or building portions.SectorsOffices; Industrial & Logistics; High Street Retail & Retail Parks, Shopping Centres; Residential; Specialised Properties (e.g. Harbours and Marinas).Competencies & Key ResponsibilitiesJoining the Value and Risk Advisory team as a Valuer means being responsible for producing and delivering valuation client reports, ensuring unrivalled client service and quality.Requirements:Economic or technical educational background. RICS certification would be a plusIdeal background from consulting/corporate companies, preferably with international/European focus as well as local experience2/3 years of experience in real estate valuation and related activitiesFamiliarity with a wide range of real estate types (locations, uses, investment grades)Excellent financial analysis skills (capability to work on DCF models)Strong report writing skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeFluency in Italian and English, both written and oralTeam player with a proactive approach, precision, detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skillsComfort working under the pressure of tight deadlines
