Valuer Job ID 227743 Posted 21-Jul-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Valuations/Appraisal Location(s) Singapore - Singapore VALUER **ABOUT THE ROLE** As a Valuer with CBRE, you will work in a team to complete valuations to a high standard of quality, within client and company guidelines as well as meeting agreed-upon time frames. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** + Responsible for site inspection, data searching and preparation of valuation reports for all types of properties. + Complete all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required time frames, and in accordance with company requirements and client instruction + Exercise sound judgement and decision making to produce accurate and high quality valuations reports + Maintain a sound working knowledge of local sales market + Manage and update relevant databases accordingly + Participate in all local marketing functions and exercises as required + Actively contribute to team meetings demonstrating a willingness to share ideas and information + Undertake other duties and tasks as your manager may reasonably direct from time to time **WHAT YOU WILL NEED** + Valuation professional with up to 3 years of valuations experience in Singapore + Licensed Valuer, SISV Member a strong advantage. + Fresh Graduate who are keen to learn on the job are welcome to apply. + Good knowledge of the local property industry and market across relevant market areas + Demonstrates mature communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels + Excellent communication skills and a highly developed attention to detail + Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement under pressure **WHY CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
