More Than Just Valuations

Your role will involve significant valuation assignments that directly influence major investment decisions. You'll leverage JLL's cutting-edge technology platform to deliver data-driven insights that transcend traditional valuation approaches, creating exceptional value for our clients.

Core Responsibilities

Cultivate and nurture key client relationships as their trusted valuation advisor

Deliver precise, independent residential property valuations

Conduct thorough site inspections and detailed property assessments

Create comprehensive valuation reports that exceed industry standards

Apply sophisticated valuation methodologies across various property types

Ensure full compliance with IVS/API/IFRS reporting requirements

Monitor market dynamics and maintain robust comparable sales databases

Utilise JLL's proprietary technology to enhance valuation processes

Contribute to continuous improvement of valuation methodologies

Share market intelligence across our collaborative team network

Maintain professional CPV accreditation and ongoing education

Your Profile

CPV qualification

Strong understanding of property valuation principles and practices

Exceptional analytical and numerical skills

Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to learn proprietary systems

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels
