**Job Description** This role will support the Receiving/Receiving Inspection team in New Hampshire and Lexington, MA, ensuring that all individuals are trained in our Desk Instructions and User Guides that are necessary to perform their functions. They will interact with Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Systems and Planning, etc. to ensure the accurate receipt of product into Oracle, Paperless QMS and deliverables to internal customers. This individual will oversee all Process Improvement initiatives in this area and work with other members of the Management team to ensure successful transitions. Supporting the Supervisor of the group in hiring, training and daily operations. Interacting with internal cross functional customers with respect to problem resolution, planning and operations. They will analyze Metrics to ensure Key Performance Indicators are being met and review process maps with the goal of reducing the 9 wastes. They will also update and maintain all documentation used in training and standard work by team. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Typically a High School Diploma and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Previous experience in Receiving and using Oracle in a Receiving Environment. + Strong communication skills, with ability to multi-task and work in a team environment. + Strong computer skills, including but not limited to: Share Point, Excel and Power Point and excellent organizational skills a must. + Previous experience with Process Improvement implementation, process mapping, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing is a plus. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $56401 - $95881 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
