As the Value Stream Operations Lead, you will act as the critical link between the product line and key internal functions—Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Materials—as well as internal and external customers. You’ll drive alignment across these stakeholders to ensure operational execution meets business and customer expectations. Success in this role hinges on your ability to lead through influence, solve complex problems, and build strong, cross-functional relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Value Stream’s operational performance, providing clear, timely, and accurate communication between plant sites and Value Stream leadership.
