This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine people development, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making to deliver on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP).

This position is part of the Operations team located in Loveland, CO, and will be on-site.
The working schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with an expectation of flexibility to support additional shifts as business needs may require.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure internal and external customer demands are met safely and on time.Driving SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity) performance using Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools and structured problem-solving methods.Developing and executing data-driven action plans to strengthen Standard Work and improve operational results.Partnering with planning teams to align labor and material availability with customer demand, creating weekly and daily build/ship plans to meet delivery targets.Managing workforce allocation and cross-training to enhance labor flexibility and operational efficiency.Deploying policy objectives and budget-driven priorities through structured action plans tied to short- and long-term site goals.Coaching, developing, and evaluating associates (up to approximately 20 direct reports), fostering engagement and continuous improvement.Collaborating cross-functionally with technical staff and serving as a liaison between frontline associates and site leadership to resolve issues and drive process improvements.The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field preferred or relevant experience.1–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with direct supervisory responsibility.Demonstrated experience driving operational performance metrics (SQDIP)Experience applying lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies in a production setting.Proven ability to manage daily production planning and workforce allocation.Ability to analyze manufacturing data and implement structured corrective action plans.It would be nice if you also possess:

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $81,300 - $96,550 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
