Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Value Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Value Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our organization's processes, products, and services to maximize value and minimize costs. + Analyze existing processes, products, and services to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction + Develop and implement value engineering methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness + Conduct cost-benefit analyses and present recommendations to stakeholders + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value engineering initiatives + Create and maintain detailed documentation of value engineering projects and outcomes + Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to support decision-making processes + Monitor and report on the progress and results of value engineering initiatives + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in value engineering **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field + 15 years of experience in value engineering, cost optimization, or related fields + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail + Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) + In-depth knowledge of value engineering methodologies and techniques + Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information + Project management skills to lead and coordinate value engineering initiatives + Experience in implementing value engineering projects across various industries + Understanding of business processes, cost structures, and industry-specific value chains + Value Engineering certification (e.g., Certified Value Specialist) preferred + Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
