Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Summary:** The Supply Chain Value Designer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing processes that enhance end-to-end value chain performance. This role involves analyzing the current state of the value stream network, proposing future-state configurations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainability. **What You Will Do:** + Analyze inbound, internal, and outbound value chains to identify cost and efficiency improvement opportunities. + Develop current and future-state value stream maps to support strategic network planning. + Build business cases and capability assessments to recommend improvements to stakeholders. + Implement process enhancements and digital tools, ensuring alignment across functions. + Identify and eliminate waste in time, cost, materials, and energy using lean principles. + Lead process redesigns to meet compliance and strategic objectives. + Facilitate root cause analysis and promote continuous improvement across the value chain. **Education requirement:** + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Systems, Supply Chain Management or a related field. **What skills you will have:** **Business Process Design:** + Leads cross-functional process design initiatives, drawing on supply chain knowledge and a strong background in operations. + Demonstrates mastery of reengineering concepts, methods, and tools. + Trains others in infrastructure support for specific processes, including knowledge with SAP and other ERP systems to ensure alignment between process design and system capabilities. **Problem Solving:** + Organizes cross-functional teams to resolve high-impact issues. + Predicts long-term implications of proposed solutions. + Trains others in problem-solving techniques. **Process Mapping / Flowcharting:** + Leads macro and micro process improvement initiatives. + Establishes organizational best practices for process mapping. + Evaluates and promotes new mapping tools and techniques. **Top candidates will also have:** + Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. + Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) + Certified in APICS CPIM or CSCP + Certified in Project Management Professional **Additional Information:** This position requires the candidate **to work onsite five days a week at the Dallas, TX or Peoria, IL office.** Domestic relocation assistance is NOT available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected candidate. Visa sponsorship is NOT available with this position.
