**Pay Range:** $32.00 - $52.08 per hour

**Summary:**
Serves as a key team member supporting the Strategic Sourcing Managers in advancing Rush’s clinical and non-clinical value analysis program. This role coordinates product and service evaluations that align with patient care, operational, and financial objectives, facilitating the process from intake through implementation and post-evaluation. The Value Analysis Program Manager serves as a liaison between clinical teams, supply chain, finance, and leadership to ensure decisions are evidence-based, cost-effective, and operationally sound. This work supports Rush’s mission to deliver high-quality care through collaboration, standardization, and value-driven decision-making. Required Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree with at least two (2) years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess clinical, operational, and financial impact.
• Ability to engage and facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting or managing cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and the ability to learn internal systems and tools.
• Demonstrated customer service focus and collaborative work style.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Job Qualifications
• Master’s Degree.
• Fields of study include healthcare administration, business, supply chain, or related clinical specialty.
• Familiarity with healthcare products, services, or operations.
• Experience in value analysis, strategic sourcing, or supply chain in a healthcare setting.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Supports all phases of the value analysis process—intake, evaluation, decision-making, and implementation—for clinical and non-clinical products and services.
2. Coordinates committee meetings, prepares materials, tracks action items, and ensures alignment among clinical, operational, financial, and supply chain stakeholders.
3. Collects and analyzes data to support product decisions, including cost, quality, and operational impact.
4. Leads or assists with product trials and leads implementation activities such as communication, training, and change management.
5. Maintains accurate records of requests, decisions, and outcomes, and reports on cost savings and process improvements.
6. Partners with Strategic Sourcing and operational teams to standardize products, monitor compliance, and support strategic initiatives.
7. Identifies and implements opportunities to streamline value analysis processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Engages clinical and operational leaders, physicians, and supply chain partners to ensure decisions are evidence-based, cost-effective, and aligned with patient care priorities.
9. Continuously develops knowledge of clinical products, healthcare operations, and value analysis best practices.
