Join a great team with huge growth opportunities! **Required Qualifications of the Value Analysis Analyst** - 2+ years of recent healthcare supply chain or clinical product evaluation experience required - Certification in Value Analysis (CVAHP), Project Management, or Lean Six Sigma preferred - High school diploma or GED required - Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen **Responsibilities of the Value Analysis Analyst** - Lead the team that decides what supplies to order and which vendors to buy from - Work closely with doctors, nurses, leadership, and vendors to agree on products that make sense clinically and financially - Review and approve new products or technology before they're introduced - Find ways to standardize supplies - Help manage product shortages, find approved alternatives, and clearly communicate changes - Look for cost-saving opportunities without lowering quality or patient care - Use data and reports to track savings, usage, and whether changes are working - Keep everyone informed and aligned **About the Company** This local hospital system has been providing hope, healing, and the best health care for families since 1983.
