OBJETIVE:
Market Value & Access Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Pfizer’s access and commercial strategy for its portfolio aligned with brand objectives and evolving payer landscapes. This includes developing and implementing strategic approaches to ensure optimal patient access and reimbursement.
We are looking for a professional with broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry, capable of designing and implementing innovative access and commercial strategies that enable broader patient access to treatment and foster relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement access and commercial strategies for key products, including pricing, reimbursement, and payer engagement.Develop cross-functional initiatives to support product launches and lifecycle management.Create and refine payer value propositions.Assess and adapt economic and clinical data into simple and compelling messages tailored for key stakeholders with the objective of facilitating patient access to Pfizer innovations.Analyze market trends, payer policies, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.Engage with payers and other stakeholders to communicate product value.Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Regulatory, and Global Access teams.Align access strategies with broader commercial goals.Define KPIs and track performance of access initiatives.Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree requiredFluent in English5 years of experience in specialty/oncology areas in marketing, access, medical or commercial positions2-3 years of experience in pharma field commercial positions.Understanding of Argentina private and public payer dynamicsProven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholdersExcellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skillsWork Location Assignment: Hybrid
