**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Valuation Coordinator - Producer Support, you will be assisting in day-to-day documentation updating, creating and managing different reports and research required by a producer. They are also in charge of monitoring and maintaining personal mailboxes and backing up of other team members as needed.
This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent comprehension skills. This position involves a permanent graveyard shift.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Assisting the Appraisers to source property documentations and public records. To assist in the valuation process that involves research, cross-checking, and downloading public records
+ Create/updating reports or tasks and deliver them to the appraiser/requestor in a timely manner.
+ Updating and populating report template write-ups.
+ Creation of jobs through encoding data into the valuation platform of each process.
+ Updating property data on the valuation platform.
+ Finalizing or closing of jobs on the system and archiving of reports and other documents.
+ Downloading and uploading documents required for the valuation process.
+ Monitor personal and shared inboxes as instructed.
+ Aid assistance to the team.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
+ Proven experience in a similar role or real estate administrative position.
+ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Excellence in business writing and analysis.
+ Ability to work within service level agreements and meet deadlines.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Collaboration: Working with various teams and directors to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
+ Adaptability: Being flexible and able to handle backup responsibilities and additional tasks as needed.
