Be the unseen hero behind the screams! As a Haunt Blackout, you’ll support our scare actors and guests by ensuring safety, smooth operations, and an immersive experience in our haunted attractions.

Responsibilities:Monitor backstage and performance areas to support Haunt Talent safetyGuide performers through dark or low-visibility spacesObserve guest behavior and report unsafe conduct or line jumpingEnforce attraction rules and assist with guest concerns or emergenciesHelp disoriented or frightened guests exit calmly and safelyMaintain a calm, professional presence in high-stress situationsHandle props and scenic elements with care (no resets required)Keep backstage areas clean and organizedTreat all guests and team members with respect and courtesySupport attraction operations and assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications:Calm under pressure and able to think clearly in fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and teamwork skillsExperience in live entertainment or backstage operations is a plusFamiliarity with show safety, guest flow, and emergency proceduresComfortable working in low-light, foggy, or strobe-lit areasAble to work closely with performers in costume and makeupReliable, punctual, and professional
