Location: Remote, North AmericaAs a Validation Sales Specialist you will have the opportunity to work remotely in North America. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Laboratory Equipment Contract Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for our Laboratory Equipment Division. Through your consultative selling skills, you will be responsible for increasing compliance related revenue. In collaboration with our laboratory equipment sales team, you will gauge the compliance needs of our customers, ensuring appropriate compliance services are accurately positioned and quoted when new equipment is sold. Additionally, you will consult with our existing service customers, especially those in regulated environments, and discover opportunities for ongoing compliance services revenue. This is a unique chance to make this role your own and cross-collaborate with multiple teams to drive service revenue growth.
What You Will Do:As a Validation Sales Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:Consulting with Laboratory Equipment sales team; ensuring appropriate compliance services are featured in their quotations; participating in customer sales calls (virtual or in-person) as needed.Proactive prospecting of existing customer base for compliance project opportunities.Independent sales quoting and opportunity management.Developing a strong understanding of the service products available for sale and the customer base to achieve sales and revenue growth.Building positive relationships with internal and external customers and becoming a resource for their future compliance needs.Minimum EducationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Relevant work experience will be considered in place of a degree.Minimum Experience5+ years sales experience, preferably working with industries such as life science, pharmaceutical, biotech, environmental, food & beverage, and/or chemicals.Solid understanding of analytical instruments and general laboratory practices, including GxP and ISO9001/ISO1705 requirements.Familiarity with Salesforce.com preferred.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesTo excel in this role, you will need the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $32.74–$49.11.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
