If you’re interested, apply now! ** ** + **Pay:** $28 - $ 36.50/hr + **Shift/Hours:** Monday – Friday, 1st shift **Job Description:** The Validation Coordinator will support the development and execution of validation activities for vehicle programs, playing a crucial role in ensuring efficient testing operations through meticulous tracking of parts, assets, and consumables. You will manage the logistical aspects of testing programs, serve as a key liaison with stakeholders, and drive action items resulting from meeting decisions. **Essential Duties:** · Liaison between teams for testing parts/assets tracking. · Track spare part consumables and report out inventory status. · Manage logistics of fixtures and parts between the company and external test labs. · Manage design review agenda and publish meeting minutes and drive accountability and follow-up on action items. · Onboard suppliers into company systems (JIRA, Confluence, Google Drives, etc.) **Requirements:** · 3+ years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in an engineering test team. · Superior verbal and written communication skills. · Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) · Knowledge of Jira and Confluence preferred. **IMPORTANT:** This job is being recruited for by Adecco’s National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
