This is a direct guest contact position where the Team Member will help the guest in work out at Gym, Pool, Fitness Center and locker area of the Spa\. The main job is to assist guests in the wellness and fitness area\. **What will I be doing?** As a Valet attendant \- Spa , you are responsible for assisting the wellness operation and your immediate superior in ensuring, administering and checking the day\-to\-day operations of the spa and fitness area deliver an exceptional, personalized wellness experience by anticipating guests’ needs and ensuring seamless service within the spa and gym facilities\. Some tasks: Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner, assisting them with check\-in, scheduling spa treatments, and providing orientations of the spa and fitness facilities\. + Prepare and maintain spa and gym areas to luxury standards, including setting up treatment rooms, replenishing amenities, towels, and refreshments, and ensuring cleanliness at all times\. + Support guests during their visit by attending to personal needs such as locker assistance, equipment guidance, and coordination with therapists or trainers\.
