As a Driveway Valet, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and premium customer experience by facilitating online vehicle deliveries and pickups. This position is crucial to our operations, ensuring smooth vehicle fulfillment processes and outstanding customer satisfaction.   What You’ll Do:   + Facilitate vehicle fulfillment via an online portal. + Maintain customer appointment calendars and ensure timely communication. + Educate customers on our acquisition process and provide excellent customer service. + Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork. + Use online tools to value or purchase customer vehicles. + Troubleshoot customer needs and guide them through the process. + Acquire and maintain a notary commission. + Participate in intensive training to stay updated on all vehicle brands and features.
