Transdev is hiring a V.I.E Technical Manager (M/F) in Koblenz, Germany

Key Responsibilities :
As part of its ambition to strengthen operational efficiency and technical performance across its rail activities, Transdev is looking for a proactive Technical Manager (V.I.E) to support train operations in Germany.

Working closely with operational and technical teams, the V.I.E will contribute to ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of maintenance and repair activities, supporting both strategic and day-to-day technical operations.

Within the local organization, the V.I.E will contribute to the development and structuring of technical processes and operational support.

Main responsibilities include :
- Monitoring and planning maintenance and repair activities
- Supporting problem-solving initiatives, mainly in a coordination and support role
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Providing technical support to operations and acting as a backup for team leaders
- Assisting departments with daily technical and administrative matters
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of technical processes
